We have two new Fortify Your Fitness Classes starting at the North Carolina Research Campus in March. The first will be on Monday nights, starting March 18th at 5:45 PM. The next will be on Thursdays at noon, starting March 21st. Both classes will again run for 8 weeks. Registration is available online through Rowan Cabarrus Community College or by calling the college. See instructions below on the 'Fortify Your Fitness' flyer on the bulletin board. March is a great time to improve your fitness, and the RCCC building and the Research Campus are the perfect setting. Classes will average 75 to 90 minutes. You will be off to a great start! Plus you get a great dri-fit t-shirt, perfect for training.
